•How do I purchase a Gift Card?
Currently we are sending E-Gift Cards, so please be sure to include your recipients name in the special notes section at checkout if this is a gift. We will email you your certificate with a unique code.

Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you via e-mail of the shipment status. This e-mail will also provide you with tracking information and the ability to access the status of your order from the convenience of your computer. You can also check your order status from the site – click on Order Status on the top right side of the page. You will need your confirmation number and email address to receive your order status. What is JM + Co. Refund Policy?

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Our refund policy is 14 Days. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We do not accept returned swimwear. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and once approved, send your item to: PO Box 2531 McDonough GA United States 30253.

Does JM + Co. provide International delivery?
Yes, we do. :)

What is JM + Co. Return Policy?
No returns on any swimwear. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the return was a result of damage or error. Please return the product via UPS or US mail or another common carrier. We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit; we recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance. Retain your shipping receipt for proof.​
Refused/Undeliverable Packages

If your package is refused or undeliverable at the time of delivery or marked return to sender, an undeliverable package fee will be assessed. The fee is $7.00 for domestic orders and $25.00 for international orders. Please double-check your shipping address before you place an order to avoid incurring this fee.
